Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of legacylending.co and the information, forms, and resources available through the website.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Legacy Lending website, including any content, forms, tools, or communications made available through it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Commercial use only

The Site concerns commercial financing for businesses and business purposes. It is not intended to advertise, arrange, or provide consumer-purpose financing. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Site.

3. No offer or commitment

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is a commitment, approval, guarantee, or binding offer to provide financing. Submitting the website questionnaire is not an application for credit. Any financing is subject to application, underwriting, eligibility requirements, verification, approval, and final executed documentation.

Potential structures, amounts, timing, rates, fees, payment terms, collateral requirements, guarantees, and availability depend on the specific transaction and applicable law. A financing obligation exists only under final documents signed by the applicable parties.

4. Information you provide

You agree that information submitted through the Site will be current, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You may submit information only when you have the right and authority to do so.

When you submit the financing questionnaire and accept the consent shown with the form, you authorize Legacy Lending to contact you and to share the information provided with potential financing sources solely to evaluate the request. Additional authorizations, consents, or disclosures may be required before any verification, credit review, or financing decision.

Protect sensitive information: Do not send passwords, bank login credentials, or highly sensitive documents through ordinary email. Use a secure delivery method when one is provided.

5. Electronic communications

When you contact us electronically, you consent to receive responsive communications by email, telephone, or other methods you provide. Standard carrier or data charges may apply. You may ask us to stop non-required marketing communications at any time, but we may still send administrative or transaction-related messages.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;
  • interfere with the Site, its security, or another person’s use of it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload the Site without written permission; or
  • use Site content in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

7. Site content and ownership

The Site and its original content, design, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Legacy Lending and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Legacy Lending grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site for its intended business purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from Site materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or use services operated by third parties. Legacy Lending does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

Legacy Lending works to keep Site information useful and current, but does not warrant that every item will always be complete, accurate, available, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Site content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You should consult your own advisers regarding your circumstances.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Lending and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
