Our role

Legacy Lending helps businesses evaluate and pursue commercial financing solutions. Depending on the transaction, financing may involve one or more financing sources, service providers, affiliates, advisers, or other third parties.

Descriptions of products or structures on the Site are general. The identity and role of each relevant party will be addressed in transaction-specific communications and final documentation.

Nothing on the Site is a commitment, approval, guarantee, or binding offer to provide financing. Submitting the website questionnaire is not an application for credit. Any financing is subject to application, underwriting, verification, eligibility requirements, approval, applicable law, and final executed documentation.

Submitting information does not require Legacy Lending or any financing source to proceed, and it does not require the business to accept a financing proposal.

Potential financing size, structure, pricing, fees, term, payment frequency, collateral, guarantees, covenants, prepayment provisions, reconciliation or adjustment rights, and timing vary by transaction and jurisdiction. No particular product, amount, price, or timeline is available to every business.

Review all transaction-specific disclosures and final documents carefully. Ask questions about total cost, payment obligations, fees, security interests, guarantees, default provisions, and early-payment terms before signing.
